Return & Refund Policy

At Crystal Wave, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

• Returns: You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for the same product or another candle, contact us at shop@thecrystalwave.co.za to arrange it.

• Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized candles cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

• Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
