  • Standard delivery in South Africa takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

  • Yes! Orders over R500 qualify for free shipping.

  • Orders under R500 include a shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

3. Can I return a candle if I don’t like it?

  • Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

  • Personalized or custom candles cannot be returned unless defective.

4. How do I track my order?

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
