Q1: How long does delivery take?

A: Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days via Aramex. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Q2: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes! Orders over R1000 receive free shipping. Orders under R1000 have a flat shipping fee of R100.

Q3: Can I return an item?

A: Yes. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. See our Return Policy for details.

Q4: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with Aramex tracking information.

Q5: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we only ship within South Africa. International shipping may be added in the future.

Q7: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are processed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
