Return & Refund policy

At Crystal Wave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

  1. Return Window: You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  2. Conditions: Items must be:

    • Unused and in original packaging

    • Free from damage caused after delivery

  3. Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom candles cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

  4. Refund Process:

    • Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  5. Exchanges: Contact shop@thecrystalwave.co.za for exchanges or replacements.

  6. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
