At Crystal Wave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Returns
- You can return products within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
- Some items cannot be returned: e.g., used personal care products for hygiene reasons.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- If you want to exchange an item, please contact us at shop@thecrystalwave.co.za to arrange it.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. How to Return
- Contact us at shop@thecrystalwave.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- Follow the instructions we provide to send the item back.
- Keep proof of postage until your return is processed.
