  • Orders over R500: Shipping is free.

  • Orders under R500: Shipping fees are applied at checkout.

• Tracking: All orders include a tracking number sent via email once shipped.

• Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or damaged during transit, contact us at shop@thecrystalwave.co.za. We will assist in filing claims and may offer replacements or refunds.

• Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Additional shipping costs may apply for returns due to incorrect addresses.
